Caroline and Laura wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you want to exchange your items, you have 14 days to do so, from the date of delivery. Please call us immediately if you want to return or exchange your item at (212) 929-7200 Monday - Friday 9AM through 5PM.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
All items arrive with a Pre-Paid Envelope to Return them. We will cover any Shipping costs to return your items.

Please enclose your “exchange and return form” when you make your return or exchange.
We will either refund the purchase, exchange the item, or issue a store credit.
Sale merchandise is considered a FINAL SALE. It may be exchanged only within 10 DAYS from the date of shipping. NO REFUNDS!

Returns

We will gladly refund for full price merchandise within 14 DAYS from the date of shipping. We will refund the Credit Card used.
Your invoice will serve as your receipt.
A store credit is valid 6 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange, please fill our your return/exchange form. Simply complete this form and include it with your original receipt and items you are exchanging, within the time frame. Affix our return label on your package.

IMPORTANT: We have the right to deny a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
