Returns

Wrong size? Need to make a return? Returns are easy. Just follow these steps-

1. Email us at info@carolineandlaura.com or give us a call within 1 week of receiving your order with your order number and specifying if you need another size or just a refund- no questions asked.

2. Our team will email you a return label for you to ship back the merchandise.

FOR CHANGE OF SIZE/COLOR: We will ship your merchandise FREE of charge within five days of receiving your return.

 FOR RETURNS: We will refund the money back to your original payment method within five to seven business days of receiving your return.

PLEASE NOT:  Returns are $6.95 per order.

All returns must be sent back to our warehouse within 1 week of customer receipt.

The products must be returned in new condition with their original packaging (box, tags, etc) - Otherwise we won't process the return.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return. 

Hair accessories including (but not limited to) headbands and hats as well as swimwear are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.
